The association started small but 10 years later TP Niven carry in excess of 20 Full and Part loads per week into the Region

Delivery and Collection time windows are demanding but TP Niven consistently provides service levels at 99% OTIF

Pets at Home – were trialling outsourcing ‘outlying’ areas to a specialist ‘best of breed’ regional transport company in 2007.

After a successful tender process TP Niven were invited to provide a trial operation to a small number of stores throughout Scotland.

After a 3 months trial the service has now been extended to include all the stores in the Central belt of Scotland.

Service levels to the stores are demanding but using the strategically located base at Lockerbie, TP Niven are consistently achieving 99.4% OTIF
